The BOSS PX-1 Plugout FX Pedal brings a growing roster of legacy tones to modern pedalboards, delivering vintage and classic algorithms from the Roland Cloud BOSS Plugin Suite in the iconic stompbox format players love.

Pre-loaded with eight renowned BOSS effects, including the legendary 1977 debut trio, the PX-1 supports up to sixteen pedal algorithms, with additional slots easily filled via Bluetooth using the new BOSS Effect Loader app. Additional models will also be available through the in-app Model Pass.

Powered by a brand-new hardware modeling engine, the PX-1 captures the authentic sound and feel of the original hardware units, while expanding creative control with assignable footswitches, expression pedal support, MIDI, and more. It’s both a tribute to the past and a flexible platform for the future — a true creative blank canvas for guitarists and bassists.
