PRS has left the tops as natural as possible, finishing them in satin nitro to highlight their history and beauty.

The wood selection tells a global story:

• Peroba Rosa Top – salvaged from 100-150-year-old siding in Brazil, offering a dense, resonant tonal character that’s warm yet punchy.
• Cuban Mahogany Neck – sourced from Puerto Rico, some reclaimed from trees blown down by Hurricane Maria.
• Guaribu Preto Fretboard – historically used as support beams in Brazilian homes, now repurposed into a smooth, articulate fingerboard.
